Amid an increasingly complex and dynamic international operating environment, factors such as supply chains, legal and regulatory frameworks, and tax regimes can all give rise to financial risks, posing significant challenges for multinational enterprises. By the third quarter of 2025, Goldwind's business footprint spanned six continents and 48 countries. Leveraging its professional teams, the company conducts systematic, country-by-country risk identification from macroeconomic, financial, and operational perspectives, covering areas such as foreign exchange volatility, sovereign political and regulatory risks, credit risk, and liquidity challenges. Building on this foundation, Goldwind has established a six-dimensional integrated risk management framework. Through measures including foreign exchange risk control, using financing to support sales, enhancing returns on idle funds, and ensuring the compliance and flexibility of capital utilization, the company not only mitigates potential risk losses but also improves asset efficiency, transforming risk management from "passive defense" into a "value engine".
