On February 3, 2026, the European Commission made an announcement that it has initiated an in-depth investigation into Goldwind Science & Technology Co., Ltd. (“Goldwind” or “the Company”) ’s business operations in the EU wind power market pursuant to the Foreign Subsidies Regulation (EU) 2022/2560 (“FSR”). Goldwind will cooperate with the relevant European Union authorities throughout the investigation in accordance with all applicable legal procedures.
