On September 20, 2019, Shanghai Qingyue Environmental Protection Center ("Shanghai Qingyue"), one of the pioneers in the field of environmental protection and green finance, and Alashan Society of Entrepreneurs and Ecology (SEE) Foundation jointly organized the conference of evaluation of ESG (Environment, Society, and Governance) information disclosure by listed companies. In the conference, Shanghai Qingyue and Alashan SEE Foundation officially released the ESG evaluation results of the top 300 A-share and H-share listed companies by market value, and announced the list of “Top 100 Green Development Pioneers”. Due to its outstanding performance in ESG practice and information disclosure, Goldwind is selected as the “Top 100 Green Development Pioneers”, ranking 5th in the list and No. 1 in the industry.
Goldwind has released the Social Responsibility Report (renamed “Sustainability Report” in 2016) for 11 consecutive years. The report discloses the company's environmental, social and governance information, and demonstrates its social responsibility as well as its commitment and efforts to sustainability. As the capital market attaches emphasis on listed companies' ESG, Goldwind has been increasing efforts in environmental protection and implementing projects and measures conducive to environmental and social development, such as “green supply chain” and “Wind for the Future” public welfare program.
